体外条件下葡萄糖处理大豆粕对瘤胃内环境参数的影响

摘要(Abstract):
<正>近年来,国外报道过一些糖和加热保护处理可降低优质蛋白质饲料在瘤胃中的降解率,此种方法以糖为保护剂,安全、无污染,在保护方法上是一个突破,改变了以往保护剂如血粉、甲醛等不切合实际应用的不足。本试验旨在用瘤胃液体外培养法评定葡萄糖非酶褐化豆粕对奶牛瘤胃内环境参数的影响,为探索新型饲料蛋白质保护剂提供参考。
